As a member of the LIT staff, each agent is required to take a minimum of one certification/specialist program per year. Our agents have found these programs so rewarding, that they usually take more than one per year. Certification/specialist programs run the gamut from destination and product knowledge, to sales and marketing, customer service, and technology.
