As a member of the LIT staff, each agent is required to take a minimum of one certification/specialist program per year. Our agents have found these programs so rewarding, that they usually take more than one per year. Certification/specialist programs run the gamut from destination and product knowledge, to sales and marketing, customer service, and technology. We are here to provide the highest level of service available in the marketplace. We want to ensure that each client is properly matched with the destination and trip that will meet their requirements and culminate in a memorable travel experience.
